Job Postings API - Increase 500 responses

We have implemented new configurations to the service which have improved response times and the stability of the service to a satisfactory level.

In addition we have introduced a means of experimenting with configurations in a way that does not impact the production service, and will continue to experiment and introduce improvements as identified.

The USA Job Postings API is fully stabilized.

The UK, Canada and Global Job Posting APIs may continue to experience intermittent issues.

We have introduced a new configuration to the services and anticipate this to improve response times and the stability of the service.

We will continue to monitor the services to confirm these changes have the intended results.

We have further increased the compute resources dedicated to the service to increase the performance and are continuing to experiment with different configurations to improve (application) response times.

Nodes in the Job Posting Analytics search engine have experienced memory pressure due to the computational complexity of certain queries. This has caused intermittent degradation of performance.

To address this issue, we increased the size of the cluster. We are focused on enhancing service performance and will be experimenting with different configurations to improve (application) response times.
