API, Data Shares - ANZ, SG Postings - Removing Education Levels in favor of ISCED Levels

We are pushing this update to the APIs and Data Shares to March 14, 2025.

We are targeting February 14, 2025, for removing Education Levels in favor of ISCED Levels from ANZ and SG postings in the Global Postings API, Snowflake, and Data Feeds.
