During the incident, our APIs were unavailable which affected all services dependent on our APIs. This caused disruptions in most of our Lightcast applications, and may have caused disruptions or delays in your applications.
The downtime was due to configuration changes made to our backend systems. These changes inadvertently caused interruptions in our services, leading to API outages. Our engineering teams identified the issue and rolled back the changes.
