UK Postings - Implementing deduplication improvements

To provide additional details on the prior update regarding that posting IDs will be both stored and appear as strings, posting IDs will increase in length to 40 characters.

This improvement in our postings deduplication processes for UK postings will result in more robust reporting on the number of postings a given company has. We are expecting postings numbers to change by 2-4% in the last 3 years. Alongside this change, the posting IDs will change to a new format. Previously, although stored as strings, the IDs appeared as integers. With this change, the new ID format will both be stored and appear as strings.

We are improving our postings deduplication processes for UK postings. This will result in more robust reporting on the number of postings a given company has. We will add further details as they become available.
