Update to Most Recent and Previous Company Fields – Effective July 31

On July 31, we will update the MOST_RECENT_COMPANY and PREVIOUS_COMPANY fields in both the US and Global Profiles tables. These fields will now contain the company IDs for the tagged companies instead of the company names.

The MOST_RECENT_COMPANY_NAME and PREVIOUS_COMPANY_NAME fields, which already exist in both tables, will continue to provide the corresponding company names.

This change aligns these fields with similar company reference fields across the dataset and ensures access to company IDs for the most recent and previous employers, enabling more consistent joins and analysis.
