Service Disruption Update: Lens & Resume Classification API: en_au and en_nz locales
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We are currently experiencing a service interruption affecting our Lens Optic, Xray instance for eng-aus-nzl locale. As a result, Resume Classification and Lens API services are temporarily unavailable for the en_au and en_nz locales.
We sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause. Our engineering team is actively working to restore full functionality.
The following services are currently affected:
- Lens API: Resume parsing endpoints are currently unavailable for Lens Xray users using en_au or en_nz locales .
- Resume Classification API: The /parse and /classify endpoints are experiencing downtime, preventing resume processing using en_au or en_nz locales.
We shall provide another update as soon as more information is available or service is restored. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
